How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually ship within 1–3 days. During sale periods, stock shortages may occur and dispatch times can extend to 10–15 days.
Shipping times (business days):
• Spain: 24–48h
• Europe: 2–3 days
• International: 5–7 days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and a link to follow it in real time.
If you haven’t received it yet, your order likely hasn’t been dispatched.
Please allow a few days after placing your order for the tracking information to update.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the Return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. During Christmas and Black Friday periods, the return window is extended to 60 days.
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with the original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, please email us at contact@casdeia.com including your order number so we can review and confirm whether the return is eligible.
Please note that processing times may experience delays during peak periods.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please email us at contact@casdeia.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used to make the order. It takes 1–7 business days to appear. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation.

Jewelry Care
Are your jewelry pieces waterproof?
All our pieces are made with 925 sterling silver. Sterling silver should not be exposed to water, as it naturally tends to darken over time.
We offer a line of solid 925 pieces and a standard line of silver-plated pieces; neither are recommended to be worn in water.
Our gold pieces are mad of brass + high 24K gold bath, not waterproof. All our pieces are handcrafted and require delicate care.
Avoid perfumes, water, sweat or any other chemicals.
How should I clean and maintain my pieces to keep them shining?
To maintain the shine of your pieces, we recommend cleaning them gently with a soft, dry polishing cloth.
For 925 sterling silver, use a silver-specific polishing cloth to remove natural darkening and restore brightness.
For silver-plated and gold-plated pieces, avoid rubbing too hard, as excessive friction can wear down the plating. Always keep your jewelry dry, store it separately in a soft pouch, and avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals to preserve its finish and shine.
