Returns, Exchanges, Customs, Cancellations and Shipping Policy

 

Return Policy

 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

 

Returns Portal

 

All returns are processed through our returns portal at returns.casdeia.com, where you can start and complete the return of your items.

Please note that occasionally there may be technical issues with the portal that prevent it from working correctly. If you experience any problem with the portal, please email us at contact@casdeia.com and we will assist you with your return.

 

Reservation of Rights

 

CAS DEIÀ reserves the right to accept or decline exchanges.

CAS DEIÀ also reserves the right to make price adjustments, including in cases where a sale or promotion has ended at the time the return or exchange is processed.

 

How to Make Your Return Valid

 

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered both to request a return and to ship the item back to us. The item must be sent within this 14 day period.

All returns must be requested and processed through our returns portal at returns.casdeia.com. To return an item, simply start your return in the portal, where you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label already filled in with the necessary details. The cost of the label is paid by the customer. You do not need to email us to arrange your return or to obtain a return address.

In some cases, we may ask you for the tracking number of your return shipment so we can see where your parcel is and process your return accordingly. This helps us locate packages, as parcels are sometimes lost in transit. Please note that if we are unable to track the return shipment, we cannot be held responsible for whether the parcel is delivered to us correctly, as we have no way of locating it.

If the item is shipped back after the 14 day period has passed, CAS DEIÀ reserves the right to decline the refund, as the return window will have expired.

To carry out a partial or complete return of an order, the items the customer wishes to return must be sent via the prepaid label provided in the portal, in a secure package, in compliance with the conditions set out in this policy.

Please note that certain products, such as rigid bangles or bracelets, cannot be returned by policy, as these items are altered once handled and can no longer be sold as new. Any product that cannot be returned is clearly marked as non returnable in its product description. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.


Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it
  • unworn and unused
  • with tags
  • in its original packaging

You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased from CAS DEIÀ must be returned at the customer's expense in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell, makeup or deodorant marks, perfume, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all labels and any items included as part of the packaging, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in order to be eligible for a refund.

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with their original packaging and label, where applicable. For clothing, items must be unworn, with all original tags still attached.


How to Start a Return

 

Start your return through our returns portal at returns.casdeia.com. The portal will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, paid by the customer, with all the necessary details already filled in.

Return Shipping Costs

 

Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by us. The customer must pay them.

The customer is responsible for the return shipment.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Free shipping is only available on orders over 200 EUR.

If, after a partial return, the remaining order value falls below 200 EUR, the original shipping cost applicable to the delivery destination will be deducted from the refund.

If shipping was paid at checkout, shipping fees and optional shipping insurance are not refundable, as those services have already been used to send the parcel.


Return Shipping Responsibility

 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage and the tracking number of your return shipment.

Returns are only considered completed once the item has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.


Return Processing

 

Once a return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 30 days for it to be received, inspected, identified, and processed.

In some cases, due to internal errors in our system, processing may take longer than 30 days. If this happens, please email us at contact@casdeia.com and we will respond to you. Please note that during sale periods our response times may be longer than usual.

If the return is processed outside our portal and we are therefore unable to identify which order the return corresponds to, CAS DEIÀ accepts no responsibility for delays, issues in processing, or inability to complete the return.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return is processed through the portal so that we can clearly identify the order.


Refunds

 

The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase once the returned item has been received, inspected, identified, and accepted in accordance with this policy.

Please note that return processing may take up to 30 days from the date the return is delivered to our warehouse.

In some cases, due to internal errors in our system, a refund may be delayed beyond 30 days. If your refund has not been issued within this period, please email us at contact@casdeia.com and we will respond to you. Please note that during sale periods our response times may be longer than usual.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost, except for orders that are damaged or shipped incorrectly.

Items purchased on sale may also be returned, provided they comply with the conditions set out in this return policy. Please note that price adjustments may apply where a sale or promotion has ended.

It is important to note that we will not accept returns of CAS DEIÀ items that have not been purchased through www.casdeia.com.


Non Returnable Items

 

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, even if they have not been worn.

For the same hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry, and, where applicable, underwear, swimwear, and similar garments cannot be returned or refunded once delivered if any hygiene seal has been removed or the item has been worn.

In addition, certain products, such as rigid bangles or bracelets, cannot be returned by policy, as these items are altered once handled and can no longer be sold as new. Any product that cannot be returned is clearly marked as non returnable in its product description. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.


Exchanges

 

CAS DEIÀ reserves the right to accept or decline exchanges.

To avoid inconvenience if an item runs out of stock during exchange processing, we do not accept exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you purchase an item from CAS DEIÀ and would like a different size, color, or product, you will need to return your item or items through the returns portal at returns.casdeia.com and place a new order.

The refund for the returned item will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and has been processed in accordance with this policy.


Sizing Disclaimer

 

Please note that the measurements of our products are those specified in the description of each individual item, not those that may appear in the photographs. Product images are intended for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual dimensions of the item. For clothing, please refer to the size guide and the measurements provided in each product description, as fit and sizing may vary between styles. To ensure an accurate understanding of size, please always refer to the measurements detailed in the product description before placing your order.


Bundles and Promotional Sets

 

Products purchased as part of a bundle, set, or combined promotion may be returned within the applicable legal withdrawal period.

However, in the event of a partial return of one or more items included in a bundle or promotional set, where such return causes the order to no longer meet the conditions of the promotion applied at the time of purchase, the refund will be recalculated based on the full individual price of the items ultimately retained by the customer.

Accordingly, the refunded amount will be equal to the difference between the amount actually paid for the order and the full individual price of the non returned items, without application of the promotional discount originally associated with the bundle or set.

This condition applies solely for the purpose of preserving the consistency of the commercial promotion offered and does not in any way limit the consumer's statutory rights, including rights relating to defective, damaged, or non conforming products.


Customs and Import Duties

 

For international shipments, additional charges related to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply.

As our logistics center is located in Spain, all orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, depending on the destination country's regulations.


Important Information Regarding Customs

 

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not charged or managed by CAS DEIÀ, but by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Any applicable customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or local authorities. These charges are non refundable and non compensable.

If customs duties are not paid, the shipping carrier may classify the shipment as refused or abandoned. In these cases, the package cannot be recovered or returned, and CAS DEIÀ will not be able to issue a refund.

The shipping carrier, such as UPS, will contact the recipient directly when payment or additional information is required to complete customs clearance.

CAS DEIÀ is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or losses resulting from customs procedures, unpaid duties, or refused shipments.

Order Cancellations

 

Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system immediately. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests sent by email will be processed before the order is prepared or shipped.

Our team processes emails in the order they are received, and we are unable to monitor cancellation requests in real time.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, the customer may return the item once it has been delivered, in accordance with our return policy.


Shipping Address Changes

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete.

While we will do our best to assist with address change requests, we cannot guarantee that these changes can be applied once the order has entered the processing stage.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by the incorrect information.
