Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the time you place your order to request a return.

Returns & exchanges do not cover shipping costs, which will be paid by the customer.

Although it says that shipping is free on our website, we put it for free, covering the costs ourselves. When making a return, we deduct the cost of shipping depending on the country to which it has been sent, between 6 € domestic to 20 € to international shipments.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS

Items purchased from Cas Deià must be returned at the customer's expense in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell or an no y condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 30 days of the place of your order, in order to receive a refund.

If you want to make a return of an order purchased with the 3x2 offer you must return all 3 pieces for it to be effective.

To carry out the partial or complete return of an order, the items that the customer wishes to return must be sent via courier with tracking code in a secure package, complying with the above conditions, to the following address:

The refund will be made in the method of payment used to make the purchase within a maximum period of 7 working days after the item arrives at our warehouse. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost, except for damaged or incorrectly shipped orders. Any item(s) purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund.

EXCHANGES

In order to avoid possible inconvenience when a garment may run out of stock during the process of processing an exchange, we will not make exchanges once an order has been placed. If you purchase an item from Cas Deià and would like a different size/color/product, you will need to send your item(s) to the address indicated in the returns section and a new order will need to be placed. The refund will be processed by the original payment method within 3 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse.
